Hey everyone! Let me just get the bad stuff out of the way so I can get to the main point of this journal. Currently, we DO have electricity thanks to the donation *Temiree and ~aokamidu gave to us to pay off the bill. Thank you so much guys and everyone who was involved. Sadly though, we can't afford to pay the car bills so my car will be repossessed by the end of the week. We have enough money to afford the bare essentials, like food, water, and gas. We still can't pay off rent, phone, TV, and the other bills (on stuff we can go without for a while). So don't worry too much, we have enough to float on for a while, but we still could use the help.

Okies, now that that's out of the way, I can move on to some exciting news: I'll be in California on July 20. Yes, you heard me right, I'm taking a trip to see my cousin John and my other cousin, Taylor, will be there too. How could I afford such a trip? I can't, but the wonderful thing is, John is paying for the flight and all of the traveling expenses. The only requirement is to create the flight plans for both myself and my cousin (and sorry Taylor, but I'm going to stay a few extra days so John and I can go to Reno and try our luck in the casinos). Yeah, I'm pretty excited about this, not only have I not seen John since 2005, but I need a break from...the stuff that's been going on at home. However, I'd rather my mom go and enjoy herself, she needs a vacation more than anyone. She needs to be here for Jeff though and besides, I already have a few surprises to cheer mom up planned this week.

So I'm going to be in Northern California from July 20 to mid-August. I'll fill in the details once I finally get a good flight plan. Oh, and for a certain someone out there, no, I'm not going to be able to attend any anthro convention while I'm up there. This is strictly to visit my cousin and have fun, please don't get upset. Also, yes, John has given us financial aid and can't spare any more due to him helping out other families. Not sure where he got the money to fly us down there, but hey, whatever works

Another think I'm happy to announce is I'm starting to get my motivation back for drawing. I'm still weak with drawing anthro right now, so I'm sorry everyone, but it may be another week or two before you see KSB, character sheets, and the commissions that folks have bought. Remember, I haven't drawn anything since December 2008 and I'm rusty; just give me time and I'll get back on my feet. Besides, I have plenty of free time this summer, I don't start college until September 24! Speaking of which, even if you want to donate to that cause I'd appreciate it. I had to put most of my college savings from my bank account into paying off the essential utility bills. I'm dependent on scholarships and loans and every dollar helps.

Heh, sorry about the bombardment of begging for cash. I'm that desperate now . Anyway, that's about all I have to say, I'll see you all soon.
