O.C.I.P. Newspaper Comic

I'm a high school newspaper illustrator and one day I was assigned to draw a comic about O.C.I.P. Now O.C.I.P. is this program that we have at our school that's actually an all day detention. The reason why this poor lad is getting sent there in this comic is because he burped in front of the teacher. Why you ask? Because.. the article that this strip is based on is about how teachers give out terrible punishments for really stupid actions. If you still don't get it, then send me a note or e-mail me about it.
